C-CAT capabilities include the ability to design, develop, manufacture, and test complex carbon-carbon composite structures.
Assembly Integration
C-CAT maintains a full team of personnel and tooling to support complex integration of aerospace structures fabricated. This includes rigging and staging of all components and utilizing our laser tracker technology the ability to locate and integrat structures with design data requirements.
Auto-Clave Cures
C-CAT has several autoclaves of varying sizes to facilitate composite curing cycles per internally design specifications of customer driven requirements. Max temperature of our autoclaves are 400F and pressure to 100 PSI.
Heat Treat Operations
C-CAT has material heat treatment capability for woven fabrics and carbon-carbon componets. Current temperature ranges of equipment is 4200F.
